How does the 3% Bitcoin discount work?
Select “Pay with Bitcoin” at checkout and 3% is automatically deducted from your order total. The amount shown in BTC already reflects the discount.
How long does Bitcoin payment take?
Once you send the BTC, your transaction needs 1 network confirmation, which usually takes 10-30 minutes. We email you a shipping update as soon as it is confirmed.
What if I send the wrong amount?
If you send less, your order stays on hold and we contact you by email. If you send more, we will refund the difference to a BTC address you provide.
Is Bitcoin payment safe?
Yes. Bitcoin transactions are cryptographically secured and verified by the entire global network. We never see your card or banking info.
Can I get a refund in Bitcoin?
Yes. Refunds for Bitcoin payments are sent back to a Bitcoin address you provide.
