Description:
The Prodigy takes the proven 1911 platform and enhances it with double-stack capacity and performance-driven feature set. The pistol features an ambidextrous safety for left and/or offhand shooting along with a skeletonized hammer for faster lock times that when combined with the crisp 1911-style single action trigger allows for lightning fast strings of fire. The Comp AOS series features an optic cut on the top of the slide along with an integrated compensator allows for increased recoil reduction while also offering ease of use and maintenance. Users can mount their favorite optics using Springfield’s Agency Optic System (AOS) adapter plates.
