Firearm Shipping
All firearms are shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in your area — they cannot be shipped directly to your home. You must provide your FFL dealer’s information at checkout. See our FFL Transfer page for details.
Firearms are shipped via UPS or FedEx with adult signature required upon delivery.
Non-Firearm Items
Accessories, parts, magazines, and ammunition may ship directly to your address (where legal). Some items are restricted in certain states — restrictions will be shown at checkout.
Returns
🔁 Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
✅ Eligible: Unused, unmodified items in original packaging
❌ Not Eligible: Firearms that have been transferred (completed ATF Form 4473), ammunition, and items showing signs of use
How to Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll provide a return shipping label within 1 business day
- Ship the item back in original packaging
- Refund issued within 5 business days of receiving the return
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
