Description:
The Heckler & Koch USP (Universelle Selbstladepistole or universal self-loading pistol) is a short-recoil semi-automatic pistol. Its mechanical recoil system buffers its slide and barrel lowering recoil by up to 30%. The USP features a cold hammer forged barrel with polygonal bore profile, a machined nitro-carburized steel slide with extended release, fiber-reinforced polymer frame, lock-out safety, and ambidextrous magazine release. The USP can be converted to any of nine different firing modes, and several variants are available with different features and barrel lengths.
