This upper assembly features a 12.5 inch barrel that is cold hammer-forged in-house by Geissele, ensuring tight tolerances and extended barrel life. With a 1 in 7 inch twist rate, it is optimized for stabilizing heavier 5.56 NATO projectiles. At the muzzle, the HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD provides both excellent flash suppression and compatibility with HUXWRX suppressors.
The included Geissele Airborne Charging Handle offers smooth, ambidextrous operation and enhanced grip. The M-LOK free-float handguard provides ample rail space for accessories while maintaining rigidity and minimizing added weight. Inside the upper is Geissele’s Nanoweapon-coated Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group, engineered for exceptional corrosion resistance and operational reliability in high-round-count or adverse conditions.
